Tsananin Son Zuciya Ne Ya Jefa Zamfara Halin Da Take Ciki – Imam Murtadha Gusau

Assalamu Alaikum

Ƴan uwana Zamfarawa kuyi hakuri don Allah, domin watakila, a cikin abun da zan fada a samu abun da zai bata ma wani rai, ko wanda bai yi maka dadi ba, ko wanda zai taba ubangidan siyasar ka ko jam’iyyarka, kai ko ma wanda zai iya taba ka kai tsaye! Amma dai daga karshe, ni zan yi magana ne tsakanina da Allah, akan abun da na gani, na shaida, kuma na sani.

Har ga Allah, ba zan taba yin wata kalma ta son zuciya ta ba, ko da nufin cin mutuncin wani, ko bata wa wani rai, ko musgunawa wani ba. Zan yi bayani ne tsakanina da Allah, amma idan ya bata maka rai, to don Allah dan uwa kayi hakuri, ba wannan ne manufar wannan rubutu ba. Wallahi manufarsa shine, dukkannin mu Zamfarawa, mu shiga taitayinmu, mu gano kurakuranmu, mu koma ga Allah, mu yarda, kuma mu amince, lallai mun yi wa Allah laifi: talakawanmu, da ‘yan siyasar mu, da jami’an gwamnatocinmu, da jami’an tsaron mu, da alkalanmu, da lauyoyin mu, kai da duk wani mutum dan Zamfara!

Ina rokon Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala yasa mu dace, kuma yayi muna jagora, amin.

Ya ku ‘yan uwana masu daraja, tsakanina da Allah, duk wanda yake bibiyar abun da yake faruwa a jihar Zamfara, ko yake da tarihin sanadiyyar faruwar wannan lamari na ta’addanci, da ya dabaibaye jihar Zamfara da kewaye, har ya ayau, ya yadu wasu jihohi masu makwabtaka da jihar Zamfara, to zai san da cewa lallai wannan lamari, mune da kan mu muka jefa kan mu cikin bala’i, cikin fushin Allah; shi yasa Allah ya juya muna baya, yayi fushi da mu, kuma ya cire hannunsa cikin sha’aninmu!

Tun faruwar wannan sha’ani na sace-sace, da kashe-kashe, da sauran lamurran ta’addaci, wanda abokan zaman mu fulani suka sa kansu ciki shekaru masu yawa da suka wuce, wallahi duk wani mutum mai hankali yasan da cewa, da ace gwamnatocin da suka gaba ta, sun yi abun da ya dace, da wannan abu bai yi kamari haka ba.

Sun yi sakaci, sun jefa dimbin al’ummar jihar Zamfara cikin halin damuwa, da kunci, da yunwa, da talauci! Su kuma sun bar jihar, suna can wasu jihohi, suna ta fantamawa, da rayuwa irin ta holewa!

Asalin tashin hankalin nan ya faro ne a gundumar Dansadau, sanadiyyar duk manyan mu a jihar Zamfara, da ‘yan siyasar mu, da sarakunan mu, da ‘yan bokon mu, kai da duk wasu masu arziki ko masu fada aji, duk sun rabe wa kawunansu, filaye, da burtaloli, da duk wani wuri inda fulani suke dan labawa, suna kiwon dabbobinsu. Sai aka wayi gari fulani basu da wani wuri da zasu yi kiwo kaf, a jihar Zamfara. Sanadiyyar haka suka shiga cikin kunci da wahala.

Kuma tun farkon shigowar siyasar dimokradiyyah, a shekarar 1999 ne aka fara yiwa fulani wannan aika-aika. Suka wayi gari basu da abun yi. Babu wurin kiwo, babu wurin noma, alhali iyakar abun da suka sani kenan. Sannan gasu an bar su haka nan, babu ilimin addini kuma babu na zamani. Babu abubuwan more rayuwa, babu komai. Alhali kuma suna shigowa cikin gari, suna kallon yadda ‘yan siyasa da sauran mutane suke ta fantamawa, su da iyalansu.

Duk wani fili a jihar Zamfara, ko wani burtali, ko wani daji, sai ka ga an zagaye shi, an ce na dan siyasa wane ne, ko na Alhaji wane ne, da sauransu!

Aka wayi gari kuma, ‘yan dabbobin da suka rike a hannunsu, dukiyar da suke alfahari da ita, aka fara hada kai da shugabannin fulanin, wato ardodinsu, da miyagun alkalai, da lauyoyi, da jami’an tsaro ana kwace masu, ana raba su da su, ana cinye wa. Aka wayi gari da jami’an tsaro, ko jami’an kotu, ko lauyoyi, sun ga bafulatani to ya zama nama kawai.

Yanzu sai ya zama kowa kawai yana farautar fulani ne, suka zama abun tsangwama. Duk inda suka shiga ba sauki. A wurin jami’an tsaro babu sauki. A wurin alkalai da lauyoyi babu sauki. A wurin manoma babu sauki. A wurin ‘yan uwansu fulani, wato shugabanninsu, ardodi, nan ma babu sauki!

Daga karshe dai, da jama’ar gari suka gaji da abun da matasan fulani suke yi, na shaye-shaye, da sace-sace, da barna a cikin gonakinsu, sai wani basarake daga nan dai gundumar Dansadau din, ya kafa wata tawaga ta matasa, wato ‘yan sakai ko ‘yan banga. Wadannan ‘yan sakai mafi yawancin su hausawa ne, shi yasa abun ya zama kamar kabilanci ya shiga cikinsa. Domin su fulani, sai suka dauka kawai, hausawa ne suke yakar su, shi yasa da sun kama bahaushe babu sauki, kamar yadda su ma idan ‘yan sakai sun kama su basu yi masu sauki!

‘Yan sa kan nan a wancan lokaci sai suka wuce gona da iri, suka fara daukar doka mai tsanani a hannunsu. Ya zamanto suna kashe fulani, suna yi masu yankan rago, a fili, a kasuwa, gaban mutane!

Akwai wani bafulatani da kotu ma ta wanke shi, aka tabbatar da rashin laifin sa, amma yana dawowa gida sai ‘yan sa kan nan suka hada shi da mahaifinsa, suka kashe shi, suka ce barawo ne. Duk dai a wannan yanki na Dansadau. Wannan lamari yayi wa al’ummar fulani ciwo kwarai da gaske matuka. Kuma duk wannan lamari da yake faruwa, hukuma ba ta taimaka masu, ta kwatar masu hakkinsu!

Daga nan sai su al’ummar fulani, suka ga cewa a gaskiya cin kashi, da wulakancin da ake yi masu yayi yawa. Domin ana ta kashe su da sunan su barayi ne, ana yiwa matansu fyade, ana cutar su, kuma a daya gefen, hukuma ba ta bi masu hakkinsu. Sai suka kafa wata tafiya, da nufin zasu rinka neman hakkinsu, karkashin jagorancin wani bafulatani, mai suna Alhaji Ishe.

Ana nan kawai, sai shi ma Alhaji Ishen, ya hadu da fushin wadannan ‘yan sa kai, domin sun kashe shi, kuma suka saka gawarsa a cikin motarsa, suka kona shi kurmus, a bainar jama’ah!

Sanadiyyar haka, sai jagorancin wannan gwagwarmaya ta fulani, ta kwatar wa kan su yanci, ta koma hannun matasa. Domin yaron Alhaji Ishe, wato Buharin Daji, shine ya jagoranci wannan gwagwarmaya. Wanda kun san shi kan sa Buharin ya rasa ran sa ne, sanadiyyar sabanin da ya faru tsakaninsu, shima yaronsa, wato Dogo Gide ya kashe shi.

Kuma tun farkon lamarin, kamar yadda kuka san cewa, su al’ummar fulani, al’ummah ce masu tsananin hadin kai tsakaninsu. Tun a farkon lamarin, sun aika da goron gayyata, zuwa ga ‘yan uwansu fulani, daga kasashen Mali, Morocco, Niger, da sauran kasashe, cewa su kawo masu dauki, domin ana zaluntarsu a gida Najeriya. Kuma a gaskiya, sun samu gudummawa da dauki daga wadannan kasashe sosai. Fulani sun shigo daga wadannan kasashe sosai, shi yasa zaka tarar, a cikin wannan matsala, akwai ma fulanin da ba ‘yan Najeriya bane!

Bayan mutuwar su Buharin Daji, sai wannan matsala ta kara yin kamari sosai. Domin yanzu dabobin barayin sun yi yawa matuka. Kuma abun ya yadu, ya wuce jihar Zamfara, ya shiga Katsina, Kaduna, Sakkwato, Naija da sauran jihohi.

Kawai sai wannan hayaniya ta juye, ta zama rikici tsakanin ‘yan sa kai da fulani. Yawancin ‘yan sa kan nan kuwa hausawa ne. Sai daga nan kuma ya juye, ya zama fadan kabilanci, wanda daga karshe kuma yanzu ya shafi kowa da kowa, ya addabi kowa!

A nan, sakacin hukumomi shine, barin wannan rikici na ‘yan sa kai da fulani yayi kamari.

Kuma kowa dai yana sane da amfani da ‘yan sa kai, da wasu ‘yan siyasa suka yi, domin su ci zabe, ko su musgunawa abokan adawar su a jihar Zamfara!

Don haka, ‘yan uwa na, kowa yana sane da cewa ada can, wallahi fulanin nan ana zaune lafiya da su. Basu taba kowa, basu cutar kowa. Abun da kawai ya dame su shine noma da kiwo. Kawai sai aka zo aka hana su iya abun da suka sani. Su ba ilimi aka basu ba, na addini ko na zamani. Su ba wani abu gwamnati take yi masu ba. Nayi imani da Allah, da ace shugabannin mu da suka gabata, da ‘yan siyasar mu, na jihar Zamfara, sun yi abun da ya dace, da wallahi bamu samu kan mu cikin wannan hali da muke ciki ba a yau. Wadancan shugabanni, tsakanina da Allah, sune suka jefa jihar Zamfara cikin halin da take ciki.

Mu ‘yan Zamfara ne, mun san abubuwan da suka faru, kuma mun san duk irin zalunci da cuwa-cuwar da ‘yan siyasa suka yi, su da jami’an gwamnatin jihar, da iyalansu. Kowa ya san irin rayuwar da suke yi ta fantamawa su da iyalansu da magoya bayan su. Sun bar jihar da al’ummar jihar cikin yunwa da talauci, da tashin hankali, sun koma wasu jihohi sun tare can, suna holewarsu!

Ina mai yi maku rantsuwa da Allah, kusan kullun sai na zubar da hawaye, sai nayi kuka, idan na kalli jihar Zamfara, jiha mai dimbin arziki da albarka, amma sanadiyyar rashin samun shugabanci na gari, jihar baki daya ta talauce, ta lalace, ta susuce, matasan mu duk sun zama ‘yan ta’adda, ‘yan daba, marasa amfani!

Jihar Zamfara ba wata babbar jiha bace, amma saboda sakacin shugabannin da suka gabata, sun jefa jihar cikin bala’i, an wayi gari ta zama jihar da ake aikata kowane irin nau’i na ta’addanci da badala!

Sun mayar da jihar, jihar mabarata da ‘yan maula. Su kuma suna Abuja, Kaduna da sauran garuruwa, suna ta fantamawa yadda suka ga dama, su da iyalansu. Sun bar talakawan jihar su kashe junansu.

Wannan gwamnati, ta Bello Matawalle, da Allah ya kawo shi, sai Allah yasa mutum ne mai son a samu zaman lafiya da tsaro da ci gaba. To maimakon su taimaka masa, su bashi goyon baya, domin Allah ya taimake shi, ya gyara wannan barna da suka yi a baya, sai aka wayi gari suna yakar sa, suka ki bashi hadin kai, da goyon bayan da ya kamata su bashi. Suka koma suna hassada, suna ganin cewa, Allah da ya kawo shi, ya dora shi akan mulkin jihar Zamfara, bai yi daidai ba!

Wannan ya nuna a fili, karara, ga dukkanin wani mai ilimi, mai hankali, zai gane cewa, ashe lallai wadannan mutane ba jihar Zamfara ce a gaban su ba, kawai abun da ya dame su, shine, yaya za’a yi su samu mulki, domin suci gaba da zaluntar jihar Zamfara da al’ummarta!

Duk irin dimbin arziki da dukiyar da suka tara, su da iyalansu, da magoya bayan su, bai ishe su ba. A’a, su har gobe, suna nan kan bakan su, na ci gaba da zaluntar al’ummah!

Wannan a takaice, shine halin da jihar mu ta Zamfara take ciki, wannan shine abun da yake faruwa. Kuma duk wanda kuka ji yayi musun wannan, to ina mai tabbatar maku da cewa, wallahi shi munafuki ne, ko kuma dan siyasa ne, wanda ba ya son a fadi gaskiya akan iyayen gidansa. Amma a gaskiyar lamari, wannan matsala jefa mu aka yi cikinta da gangan. Saboda hadama da son zuciyar ‘yan siyasar mu da ‘yan bokon mu, da manyan mu.

An wayi gari kowa ya koma zai iya aikata komai, in dai har zai samu kudi, ko zai samu abun duniya.

Maimakon ciyar da jihar Zamfara gaba, sun koma suna gasar tara dukiya tsakaninsu, kuma ‘ya ‘yan talakawa suna kallon duk abun da suke aikatawa!

Don haka, ina son al’ummar duniya su zama masu adalci, su kalli wannan lamari na jihar Zamfara da idon basirah. Su san cewa, ga wadanda suka yi sanadiyyar jefa jihar cikin halin da take ciki. Idan har za’a hukunta fulani, to lallai ya zama tilas su ma a hukuntasu. Domin da sun yi abun da ya dace, wallahi da jihar ta zauna lafiya, amma ga inda sakacinsu ya kai jihar a yau!

Don haka abun yi shine, ita dai hukuma tayi abunda ya dace tayi. Ta taimakawa al’ummar jihar Zamfara. ‘Yan gudun hijirah, yunwa da talauci, da rashin ilimi, rashin abubuwan more rayuwa, wallahi sun yi katutu a jihar. Hukuma ta taimaka ta samar muna da tsaro da zaman lafiya. Zamfara tana cikin wani mummunan yanayi, da hali mara kyau. Idan ba’a yi wani abu akai ba, to komai yana iya faruwa!

Wallahi kusan duk sati biyu sai na shiga Zamfara, sai na je Gusau, in ziyarci iyayena, da ‘yan uwa na, da abokan arziki. Ina kallon yadda mabarata, ‘yan gudun hijirah, marayu da matan da suka rasa mazajensu a cikin wannan rikici suka yi yawa a jihar Zamfara.

Don haka, ina kira ga gwamnatoci, da masu hali, da sauran duk wani mai imani, da cewa, domin Allah, su kai muna dauki a wannan jiha tamu, ta Zamfara mai albarka!

Sannan mu kuma talakawa, da ‘yan siyasa, da manyan jihar Zamfara da kananan mu, wallahi ya zama wajibi duk mu koma ga Allah, ta hanyar kyautata tuba da istigfari da komawa ga Allah da gaske, ko Allah ya tausaya muna.

Laifi dai an riga an aikata shi. Kuskure dai an riga an yi shi a baya. Barna dai an riga an yi ta. Babu mai musun wannan!Kuma kowa yasan abunda ya aikata wallahi. Yanzu maganar gyara ake yi. Ka ajiye maganar siyasa ko adawa a gefe in dai kai mai kaunar jihar Zamfara ne. Mu fuskanci mai zai dawo wa da jihar Zamfara dawwamammen zaman lafiya!

Jama’ah don Allah, idan Allah bai yi fushi da jihar Zamfara ba to me kuke so yayi ne? Bayan wannan sakaci na ‘yan siyasar jihar Zamfara fa, da zubar da jinin bayin Allah da ya yawaita a jihar, ku tuna fa, a jihar Zamfara ne ake jefa Alkur’ani, zancen Allah, maganar Allah, a cikin kashi, cikin shadda/masai/ko toilet fa!

Don Allah, don Allah, don Allah ko wannan kadai bai isa ya jefa jihar cikin wannan mummunan bala’i da tashin hankali ba? Haba jama’ah, Allah abokin wasar mu ne???

To wallahi ya zama tilas mu shiga taitayinmu. Kuma wannan ina magana ne da dukkanin Zamfarawa. In dai kai mai kishin jihar Zamfara ne da gaske, to wallahi ya zama tilas ka farka daga baccin da kake yi, mu nemi taimakon Allah akan wannan matsala!

Sun lalata ta. Sun jefa al’ummah cikin kunci, yunwa, talauci, jahilci, rashin aikin yi da rashin komai na more rayuwa!
