Kungiyar CAN Ta Yi Ƙarar Buhari Kotu

Kungiyar Kirista ta Nijeriya, CAN, ta maka gwamnatin tarayyar ƙarkashin jagorancin Shugaban ƙasa Buhari a kotu tana ƙalubalantar wasu sassan dokar maida kamfanoni da kungiyoyi karkashin sa-idon gwamnati ta ‘Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020’ da aka fi sani da CAMA.

A cikin sanarwar da sakataren kungiyar CAN na Joseph Daramola ya fitar a ranar Litinin, ya ce kungiyar ta Kirista bata gamsu da wasu sassa na dokar ta CAMA 2020 ba don haka ta yanke hukuncin ƙalubalantar dokar a kotu.

An shigar da karar mai lamba FHC/ABJ/CS/244/2021 a babban kotun Abuja tsakanin kungiyar ta CAN da Hukumar yi wa kamfanoni rajista tare da Ministan Masana’antu, Cinikayya da Saka Hannun Jari a cewar sanarwar.

“Kungiyar ta yanke shawarar zuwa kotu ne bayan dukkan kokarin da ta yi na gamsar da gwamnatin ta sauya wasu sassan dokar na hana gwamnati yin katsalandan a harkokin coci bai yiwu ba,” a cewar wani bangare na sanarwar.

Tun a watan Agustan 2020 ne Shugaban Kasa Muhammadu Buhari ya rattaba hannu kan dokar ta CAMA 2020, Majalisar tarayya ita ma ta amince da dokar inda ta maye gurbinta da 1990 CAMA.

Amma manyan fastoci kamar su David Oyedepo na Living Faith Church Worldwide da wasu fastocin sun nuna kin amincewarsu da dokar.
